Specially in façade projects the best example of this philosophy was Maruti Arena, Bhubaneshwar which was 9000 sqft façade and the most challenging of this façade was that it is cyclone zone area so apart from timelines & cost, it was very important to keep the system suitable as per the natural condition of this area. It was designed at 1.75kmpl and within 2 years after installation of façade, heavy cyclone of 2.1 kmpl has come but still façade is standing without any damage. This Project is milestone which proved that technicalities & subject knowledge plays a very important role in all kind of design & execution in building to make it better solution at low cost & less risk.
